Tiki Centerpiece
Make an awesome centerpiece for your luau party.

You need:

• Plastic Tiki Cup
• Plastic Paint and Brush
• 12 Neon Pipe Cleaners
• Two Magnetic Flashing Buttons (Optional)

Instructions:

Paint the tiki cup using plastic paint. (Regular paint will not adhere.) Use two thin coats and let dry between coats to get good coverage. 

Crumple up a piece of paper and push it down into the bottom of the cup.

Remove the black ring from the blinking lights. Slide the magnets from the back of the lights. Hold the magnets inside the cup and attach the lights to the front. 

Bend pipe cleaners in half and push folded edge into the cup. The crumpled up paper will keep the pipe cleaners from sinking down too far into the cup.
