Out-of-Stock Items
Generally, out-of-stock items will be marked as such or a later availability date will be indicated. If none of your items are shown this way, you can assume that your entire order can be shipped by the method you choose or we will contact you. Please provide a valid email address and phone number for this purpose.

If you select "Hold Entire Order Until Complete"
We will keep your order on file until it can be shipped in entirety. Your card will not be charged until then.

If you select "Remove any Out-of-Stock Items"
We will remove any out-of-stock items and ship the rest of your order. If you no longer qualify for coupons or special offers, we will also remove these item. Out-of-stock items will not be backordered and you will need to reorder at a later date.

If you select "Put Out-of-Stock Items on Separate Order"
We will remove any out-of-stock items and ship your order. All out-of-stock items will be placed on a separate order with a separate shipping charge of $7.50 (for continental US only, other areas will be charged appropriately). You will still qualify for any coupons at the time the order is completed. Your card will be charged separately for each order as it is ready for shipping. You can cancel the separate order at any time before it is shipped.

Choosing a Shipping Method
We ship from New York. The only guaranteed and insured shipping methods are:

UPS Next Day
UPS 2 Day
UPS Three Day

Generally, orders placed before 12 noon EST on a regular business day with one of these methods will be shipped the same day. To calculate when your package will arrive, do not count the day you order and do not count Saturday and Sunday. For example, 2 Day orders placed before 12 noon on a Friday will arrive the following Tuesday before 7 PM, provided there are no holidays. Adverse weather conditions and other extreme conditions may void the guaranteed delivery terms. For information see the UPS terms. We take no additional responsibility for your package.

Generally, USPS priority mail orders will be shipped within 1 or 2 business days and will arrive within 2 or 3 business days. However, this is not a guaranteed or insured service. Unless you have chosen the option that includes insurance, we cannot be held responsible for your package once it is delivered to the post office. Even with insurance, there is no guaranteed delivery date.

$7.50 flat rate shipping is for 48 continental United States only. No PO Boxes, APOs and FPOs or orders outside the US. Allow about two weeks for this option. We will choose the most affordable shipping method. Since you have not chosen a method which includes insurance, we cannot be held responsible for your package once it leaves are premises.

Note: You may refuse delivery of any package, for any reason. However, you will not be refunded the shipping charges. Only the cost of the merchandise.
