Ages 4 & up with 15 minutes of
preparation by adult.
You need:
--1 White (or Light) Beach Towel
--2 or 3 Colors of Fabric Paint
--Spray Bottle
--Laser Printer Letter-Sized Labels
Instructions:
Using your laser printer, print name as large as possible,
one letter per sheet, on a label. Print only the outline if possible. It is not
recommended that ink jet printers be used. Cut out letters. Peel off backing and apply
them to your towel, pressing down firmly.
Squeeze first color of fabric paint into spray bottle.
Dilute with water. Spray towel leaving white areas for other color(s). Rinse out spray
bottle and continue with additional colors. Follow manufacturer's instructions for drying
paint. Saturating towel with water will help to remove lettering labels.
