Cut out a piece of a Christmas card or
gift wrap to fit on the wood disk. Brush one side of the wood disc
with decoupage solution. Lay the cut out on the disc and brush with a
final coat of solution. Let dry thoroughly. Using the end of the brush
or a stick, dab snow paint along the top. Let dry. Cut a piece of
satin cord to make a hanger. String through the hole in the disk. Tie
into a bow. Trim.
