Instructions:
Remove the adhesive backing on the two outside strips on the pink foam square. Adhere the ends of the red ribbon to the top of the sticky strip.
Remove the adhesive backing on the remaining strips on the pink square. Adhere a long pointed fence post to each of the vertical adhesive strips as shown. Adhere the short rounded fence pieces to the bottom adhesive strip. Lay the two short pointed fence pieces on the pink backing as shown.
Remove the adhesive backing on the "I love you" craft stick and adhere it to the top of the picket fence. Remove the adhesive backing on the "A whole bunch" craft stick and adhere it to the bottom of the picket fence as shown.
Adhere the green foam leaves and foam hearts to the left side of the frame. Adhere the pink bow to the foam leaves as shown.
