Wrap the boas side-by-side around the styrofoam heart tacking in
place with a low temp hot glue gun. Trim off extra. Cut a gold tinsel
stem in half. Make a loop and push into the top for hanging. Use the
other one and the half piece to make hearts Glue on to the boa heart to
decorate.
