Valentine's Day Decorative Fans
These make a pretty gift or a decoration for Valentine's Day.

You Need:

• Woven Fan
• Foamie Hearts
• Pink Ribbon
• Scissors

Instructions:
Peel and stick foamie hearts to fan. Cut two 18" pieces of organza ribbons. Tie around the handle.
