Cut round elastic into a one yard length. Fold in half,
tying a double knot to make a small loop at the fold. String one cord
through a heart pony bead from top to bottom. String the other cord
through the same pony bead in the opposite direction (from bottom to
top.) String on your second pony bead in the same matter, but facing the
pony bead in the opposite direction. Continue stringing heart pony beads
in alternating directions until you have 13 hearts strung. Bring the
cords through the starting loop and tie off securely in a double knot.
