Instructions:
Weave the long pipe cleaner (or substitute with your own lollipop) in and out through the holes in the foam strip, bunching up the foam strip as you weave. Glue ends. Cut off any extra pipe cleaner. Glue on wiggle eyes and a heart nose to the pom pom head. Glue the head to the worm body.
Fold the other piece of pipe cleaner in half. Glue one of the larger hearts to each end. Glue to the head as antennae. Glue on the smaller hearts to embellish the body.
