You need:

• Wood Yo-Yo
• Blue Paint
• Foam Brush
• Foamie Snowflakes
• Tacky Glue
• Crystal Glitter
• Clear Rhinestones

Our project prepack makes 18 decorated yo-yos.

Instructions:

Paint wooden yo-yo blue on both sides. Let dry. Lightly cover two foamie snowflakes with a thin coat of tacky glue. Sprinkle on glitter. Shake off extra. Let dry. Glue a snowflake on each side, trimming edges if necessary. Glue on clear rhinestones to decorate.
