French Toast Sticks with Candian Maple Syrup
Canada produces most of the world's maple syrup. They are 2nd in its consumption. The U.S. is the first.

You Need:

• Thinking Day Passport
• Printable Recipe Card
• 8 slices of white bread
  4 eggs
  1/2 cup milk
  1 tablespoon vanilla
  Cinnamon
  Butter
  Maple syrup
  

Instructions:

Lightly beat eggs with a fork in a medium bowl. Beat in milk and vanilla. Cut white bread into 1" strips. Preheat skillet over medium flame. Melt a tablespoon of butter in the skillet. Dip strips in the egg batter. Generously sprinkle with cinnamon. Fry on each side until golden brown. Serve with maple syrup for dipping.
