1 15 oz. Can of Chick Peas
or Garbanzo Beans
2 Cloves of Garlic
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon of
Balsamic Vinegar
6 Small 5" Round Pitas
Instructions:
Drain Chick Peas. Place all ingredients except pitas in a
food processor. Blend until smooth. Place in a bowl for
dipping with pitas in wedges.
