You Need:
Instructions: Lightly beat eggs with a fork in a medium bowl. Beat in
milk and vanilla. Cut white bread into 1" strips. Preheat
skillet over medium flame. Melt a tablespoon of butter
in the skillet. Dip strips in the egg batter. Generously sprinkle with cinnamon. Fry on each side until golden brown. Serve with maple syrup for dipping.
