Sorta SushiSorta Sushi
Nothing like authentic sushi but more suited to most children's taste and it's fun to eat with chop sticks.

You Need:

Instructions:

Cut crusts off white bread. Cut bread into small cubes.
Mix all ingredients except oil in a large mixing bowl.

Cut the crust off the white bread trimming into a
rectangle. Roll thin with a rolling pin.

Spread a thin layer of one or two of the toppings. Trim
a piece of celery to the length of the bread. Cut in half
the long way. Lay the celery along one end and roll
the bread tightly beginning at the end with the celery.

Use a serrated knife to cut into 1" pieces.

Yield:

About 40 1"pieces.
