Biltong Booty
Meat was dried and cured to preserve it in the hot weather before refrigeration. Traditional biltong has
a similar taste to beef jerky. We have combined it with dried fruit for a sweet and salty treat.

You Need:

• Thinking Day Passport
• Printable Recipe Card
• 12 oz. of beef jerky
  3 oz. of dried fruit
  

Instructions:

Cut jerky and fruit into 1/2" pieces. Mix together. Serve in disposable 1 oz. serving containers.
