Australian Outback SWAP
Assorted plastic teeth and claws make this a really wild swap.

You Need:

• Outback SWAP Kit
• SWAP Tags (not Shown)
• Tacky Glue
• Fine Point Black Permanent Marker
• Scissors

• Assorted Teeth and Claws on Cord
• Red, White & Blue Pony Beads
• Letter Beads OUTBACK
• Coiless Pins
• SWAP Tags (not Shown)
• Tacky Glue
• Fine Point Black Permanent Marker
• Scissors
  

Instructions:

Cut the knot of the string off a tooth or claw necklace. Set aside the tooth or claw for later. Stiffen the ends of the string with white glue. Slide on one pony bead, the letters beads OUT and another pony bead. Slide to the middle. Open up a coiless pin and slide the pin through all the beads you have just strung. Slide the strung beads around the loop to the far side of the pin.

On your left hand cord slide on the letters BACK. On your right hand cord slide on the tooth or claw then run that cord through the letter beads BACK in the opposite direction. Bring that same cord up and slide it through the first row of beads. (These are the beads that are on the pin.) Both cords will now be on the right hand side. Tie in a double knot. Add a dab of glue. String three pony beads on each cord. Loop around the bottom bead and knot. Add a dab of glue. Trim.

Write your name, troop, city and state on a swap tag. Poke the pin through the edge of the papoose. Add the tag. Set up your own swap or join our SWAP Sensation.
